High tech addiction or multitasking

According to Matt Richtel, International Herald Tribune, high-tech addiction is not helping human brains.  Many people argue that multitasking is very productive but research shows that it is not.  Many of these people cannot concentrate and they always in run.  Many of them not producing information properly too.

Our modern life does not allow us live without tv sets, emails, iphones or games.  Everyday, every hour we have habits of checking our emails and messages.  When we receive them on our devices they make distracting noises too.  These noises are allowing us not to concentrate doing our work.
